Prerequisite
Individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in any major, with a background in mathematics and statistics, are encouraged to apply.A level of mathematical sophistication and statistical knowledge is necessary for acceptable progress. At the minimum, this amounts to: Three semesters of calculus, including one semester of multivariate calculus; One semester of linear algebra, and; Two semesters of undergraduate statistics. Course work to remedy deficiencies can be taken while in the program.
