澳门大学与澳门欧洲研究所（IEEM）合作，提供欧洲研究社会科学硕士课程（MSSEUS）。这个为期两年的跨学科课程为学生提供了从各种角度深入研究欧洲一体化和欧洲研究过程的机会。课程分为四个模块：一般基础，经济方面，法律研究和欧盟国际关系。所有课程均由来自欧洲各大学和研究所以及澳门大学的顶尖学者授课。
