Preparation work wil start immediately with readings and tasks required to be ready for the frst intensive on.

First Intensive On-Campus Session (Aug 14-25,2024)
-Creating Ventures
-Systems and Design Thinking
-Innovation in Practice
-Major Project: Market and Industry Research & Analysis
Between the August and December sessions, the MMlE program is heavily focused on academics and the discoverybhase of the major project. Virtual support is provided from Faculty, your peers and your Advisor. students work oncompleting interactive online learning and assignments for the five courses started in the August session. There aresynchronous video conference Q & A sessions with the Faculty and Program Admin team.
This preparation and foundational phase of the program is critical for the experiential second half of the MMlE.
Phase 2: Project Management & ExecutionSecond Intensive On-Campus Session (Nov 30 - Dec 8, 2024)
-Managing Technology&Innovation
-Financing the New Venture
-Marketing & Selling the New Venture
From January to April students shift gears into the frst phase of the experiential half of the program. Working withtheir peers and Advisor on the planning, launch and execution of their major project. Academics continue withcompleting the interactive online learning and assignments for the two courses started in the December session.
Phase 3: Financing & Scaling Your ProjectThird Intensive On-Campus Session (May 3-11, 2025)
-Corporate Hackathon
-Conclusion of Financing the New Venture
-Negotiations
-Scaling and Exits
From May to July students are fully focused on the experiential, "Doing to Learn", part of the program. Relyingheavily on peers and support from their Advisor, students start to scale their projects and complete milestonesworth celebrating. The entrepreneur project students will be given an opportunity to apply to pitch to our group ofAngel lnvestors as part of their fnal deliverable. Intrapreneur students present their project to the organization.
