如果申请人的母语不是中文，并且其学士学位是由非中文教学的机构授予的，需要：
汉语水平考试（汉办的HSK或 "新HSK"）5级；或
如果申请人的第一语言是中文，或者其学士学位是由以中文为教学语言的机构授予的，需要：
全国普通话水平测试（PSC）二级乙等。Applicants should have obtained a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university or equivalent.
For applicant whose first language is not Chinese and whose bachelor’s degree is awarded by an institution where the medium of instruction was not Chinese:
Level 5 in Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK by Hanban or the “New HSK”) ; OR
For applicant whose first language is Chinese or whose bachelor’s degree is awarded by an institution where the medium of instruction was Chinese:
Grade 2B in National Putonghua Proficiency Test (PSC)
