1.Psychology Research Interest Form. You can access this form here. The form will ask you to select a concentration (Psychological Science, Applied Behavior Analysis-Clinical, or Substance Abuse Treatment-Clinical) and rate your research interests in a variety of areas of psychology.

Prerequisite
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or its equivalent from a foreign institution of higher education;
Strong academic record with an average of “B” or better in at least 21 hr of psychology courses, including statistics and a psychology research methods course (statistics course can be from a statistics/mathematics department);
